Brazilian Trilingual Support Agent in Buenos Aires

Connaxis is looking for a native Portuguese speaker and bilingual Spanish speakers with advanced English written skills for our Support Department. A variety of tasks, including dealing with Customers and End Users abroad, marketing, data entry, internal support and translations. The job would be done in our offices in Palermo Soho, Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

We provide support to Latin America, Brazil, Spain and Portugal. You will need to demonstrate technical knowledge and strong computer skills. We’re looking for quick learners and pro-active people for our permanent staff. The role is not restricted to customer support, but has a variety of internal projects you'd be involved in.

Requirements:
- Portuguese: Native
- Spanish: Fluent
- English: Advanced written skills
- Communication skills
- Capability to work Mondays to Fridays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Desirables:
- Responsible, committed, flexible attitude
- Computer and Networking skills (a plus)
- Working papers for Argentina
